Cured Meat Platter

Includes salami and other cured or cold meats, along with biltong, droe wors, different cheeses, crackers, and fruit. A fuller option and works well as a shared dinner for guests who want something generous but still easy.
Lunch Platter

Based on what Villa Marine would usually prepare for groups or meetings. Typically includes pastries with chicken strips, nuggets, or mince balls, finished with fruit, salad, and vegetable extras to round it out.
To keep things running smoothly, we recommend placing any platter orders before 16h00 on the day of arrival. This allows the team to prepare everything ahead of time so your evening can remain relaxed and uninterrupted.
